Metal Gear Nemesis is a phenomenally advanced weapon developed by the Neo Diamond Dogs, developed by Neo Diamond Dogs scientist, Ray Harlock. Though work on nemesis became officially defunct by command of Neo Diamond Dogs commander, Metal Snake, Ray later relaunched development of nemesis after defecting to the North Korean govenment.
